MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services. This RN leads clinical practice, staff development, and regulatory compliance across Pre-op, OR, PACU, and GI/Endoscopy, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, education, and collaboration with House Supervisors and hospital leadership to optimize staffing, patient flow, and outcomes in a fast-paced perioperative setting.

Competenze

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum five years perioperative nursing experience.
• Minimum two years leadership/supervisory experience.
• CNOR or ASPAN certification preferred.
