Reporting to the Director Surgical Services, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of a 7 Operating Room department with a staff 30 FTE's. An essential aspect of the role involves mentoring and developing the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. What's Needed to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state or ability to obtain
• Progressive experience in a surgical nursing setting, including circulating and scrub experience
