Surgical Services We Provide:
  • 11 Operating Rooms across our Main OR and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Broad Range of Specialties – General, bariatric, gynecology, urology, thoracic, ENT, vascular, plastics, podiatry, and orthopedics.
  • Advanced Surgeries with state-of-the-art technology – Robotics, specialized endoscopy, vascular procedures, and more.

In this highly visible role, you’ll lead a team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, personalized surgical care. As Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee:

  • Staff Management – Empower your team through development, education and goal-driven strategies.
  • Business Growth and Improvement – Enhance the patient care experience while expanding our service lines.
  • Operations & Throughput – Optimize workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Budget & Resource Management – Maintain fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.
  • Quality & Safety – Champion best practices and patient-centered care.
  • Collaboration – Foster open, direct communication between personnel, patients, and physicians to build strong partnerships and a united care environment.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) (or commitment to obtain MSN within 5 years of hire).
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in Surgical Services.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting (budget management experience highly preferred).
  • Current Massachusetts RN licensure (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • National Nursing Specialty Certification (within 2 years of employment).
