Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Perioperative Supervisor for Endoscopy, IR, and PAT. This leadership role directs daily operations, staffing, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient patient throughput in a high‑reliability perioperative environment.

You will coach and develop staff, coordinate scheduling and readiness, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians, anesthesia, and support teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure in the U.S.
• Experience leading perioperative teams in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations for Endoscopy, IR, and PAT including staffing and workflow.
• Coaches and develops staff; manages scheduling, timekeeping, and evaluations.
• Monitors infection prevention, aseptic technique, sedation safety, and documentation for readiness.
• Oversees endoscope processing, disinfection, and adherence to use instructions.
• Tracks performance metrics and uses data to improve throughput and patient experience.
• Collaborates with physicians, anesthesia, infection prevention, and support departments.
