Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• CNOR certification or enrollment in an AORN-compliant RNFA program.
• RNFA program completion within the specified timeframe.
• AlabamaRN license or eligibility, BLS certification.
• Two years of OR experience as scrub, circulating, or APN.
• ACLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the surgeon and healthcare team during intraoperative phase.
• Practice perioperative nursing with required knowledge and judgment.
• Ensure safe operation and optimal patient outcomes during surgery.
