Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BSN with RN licensure in CA.
• Preferred MSN; Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred or in progress.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience as an RN, ideally in the OR.
• Scrub and circulate experience required; may perform when needed.
• Strong critical and strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; adaptable to change.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership to support high quality patient care and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Oversee department operations, staffing, evaluations, and resource management.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage department budget, scheduling, and Kronos edits; coordinate staffing.
• Support staff development, education, and policy updates.
• Coordinate with Nurse Manager and educators to ensure continuous improvement.
