CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage inventory for Perioperative Services units, ensuring the right supplies for safe, efficient patient care. You will handle replenishment, returns, recalls, and product conversions, maintaining accurate par levels and labeling in Lawson to minimize waste and obsolescence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supply chain management experience.
• Certified Material Resource Professional preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Daily inventory of assigned areas; ordering, receiving breakdown, stocking, rotation, cleaning, labeling, returns as appropriate.
• Apply working knowledge of medical/surgical supplies to meet needs of specialty departments.
• Maintain Lawson based on PAR Optimization reports; keep system current with latest changes.
• Establish and maintain consignment inventories.
• Perform physical counts quarterly per Supply Chain Enterprise processes.
• Ensure delivery for scheduled surgery implants and instruments; complete 'Bill Only' paperwork for payment.
