Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) is seeking a PRN Inventory Specialist to support the Materials Department. The position requires a high school diploma and 2 years of healthcare or related administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Two years of progressive experience in health care or related field with increasing administrative responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Inventories and maintains par levels of materials for perioperative services.
• Maintains perioperative consignment inventory and replacements as needed.
• Tracks purchase orders, requisitions, and product literature.
• Coordinates loans/returns of perioperative equipment and materials.
