Job summary

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster is seeking a PRN Inventory Specialist to support the Materials Department. You will monitor and replenish perioperative materials, manage consignment stock, and coordinate equipment loans to ensure timely patient care.

This role supports a busy perioperative environment across multiple locations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in healthcare administration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of progressive experience in health care or related administrative field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Inventories and maintains adequate par levels of materials for perioperative services.
• Maintains perioperative consignment inventory and tracks supplies.
• Monitors and rotates stock, removes outdated materials, adjusts par levels as needed.
• Restocks materials for patient care in perioperative settings.
• Coordinates loans and returns of perioperative equipment and materials.
• Communicates backorders and anticipated release dates to perioperative leadership.
