Job summary

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) is seeking a part-time Materials Management Assistant to inventory and replenish supply levels for perioperative clinical areas within the facility.

The role requires managing par levels and consignment inventory, including surgical implants, and coordinating with perioperative leadership. The position supports a patient-centered environment and offers flexible hours with some travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of progressive experience in health care or related field with increasing administrative responsibility.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and replenish supply levels for all perioperative clinical areas.
• Maintain par levels and perioperative consignment inventory, including implants.
• Restock materials used for patient care in the perioperative environment.
• Monitor, rotate, and remove outdated or overstocked materials; adjust par levels accordingly.
• Communicate backorders and expected release dates; coordinate loans and returns.
