Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Perioperative Float Pool Clinical Nurse Lead to join the Jamaica Plain, MA team. This onsite role offers day shifts as part of a 36-hour weekly schedule with flexible start times (7a/8a/9a/10a) and a Magnet-designated hospital environment recognized for quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, MA RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with 3–5 years of nursing and 1–2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Current MA RN License.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1–2 years in leadership or management.
• CPAN or similar certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
