Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Perioperative PACU Clinical Lead to oversee perioperative nursing operations. The role requires a BSN, MA RN license, and 3-5 years of nursing with leadership experience. BLS/ACLS are required, with CPAN preferred.

Competitive compensation and a supportive team environment are offered. The position is onsite at 1153 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain, with a 36-hour week and day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Current MA RN License
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Certification in Post-Anesthesia Care Nursing (CPAN) or similar certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
