Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin seeks a data analytics professional to collect, analyze, and report on diverse data elements for end-of-month and ad-hoc needs within the PeriOp Department. You will build and maintain dashboards, ensure data integrity, perform transformations, and collaborate with Information Services and Analytics to optimize information access for operational decisions.

Works in a fast-paced environment which encompasses patient and public areas of the hospital and office settings. Requires critical thinking, the ability to concentrate within a high stress, heavy workload and a sense of urgency for data entry or reports to be finished within a given time frame. Requires finger dexterity, walking, standing, lengthy periods of sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 20 pounds.
High School Diploma or equivalent with completion of appropriate education in an IT-related field required. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or Nursing preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications, proficiency with analytical tools, and presentation software required.
