Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Clinical Manager PAT PreOp/PACU at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club, TX. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, staff development, resource utilization, and performance improvement within Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op, and PACU.

The position requires a Texas RN license (BSN preferred), active BLS/ACLS on hire, and PALS/ENPC within 30 days. Strong teaching skills and leadership experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN License.
• Current BLS & ACLS upon hire, must get PALS/ENPC within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care, development of employees, utilization of resources and performance improvement to ensure clinical quality, safety and service.
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, TJC and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op and PACU departments; function as staff nurse or charge nurse as needed.
