Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Clinical Manager II to lead perioperative services, including PACU, PreOp, and Pre-Admit Testing. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Nursing, Texas RN license, BLS, and 3+ years in clinical practice with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing degree required.
• Current Texas RN license (or temporary/compact) required.
• Basic Life Support certification required; professional certification in clinical area or management preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in a clinical area with at least 1 year in supervision/management.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily operations of the department and oversees staffing and scheduling.
• Develops and mentors departmental staff; coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within policy and budget.
• Collaborates with physicians and management to meet strategic goals.
• Provide leadership and serve as preceptor and resource to staff.
