Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of a patient care department, including staffing and scheduling

• Collaborates with physicians and management to address strategic initiatives
• Ensures delivery of safe, high-quality patient care within budget and standards
• Serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff
• Maintains compliance with Memorial Hermann policies and service standards
