St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to provide operational and clinical leadership for the PAT Clinic, Pre-Op, and PACU, guiding a team of about 35 staff across ~30 FTEs.

The role partners with Surgical Services leadership to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing coordination, payroll processes, daily huddles, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering staff engagement and professional

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PAT Clinic, Pre-Op, and PACU.
• Coordinate staffing and break coverage to meet patient care needs.
• Manage staff schedules, timecards, payroll, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with charge nurses to optimize workflows.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate updates and safety initiatives.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to improve care and operations.
• Partner with leaders across Surgical Services on initiatives.
• Cultivate partnerships with physicians, anesthesia, perioperative teams.
• Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and safety programs.
