RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for perioperative and postoperative care within the Surgical APP's - TRMC team in New Jersey. The APP collaborates with attending physicians to coordinate patient care, performing surgical first assisting, perioperative management, and inpatient rounds.

The role requires APN/PA certification, NJ RN license, CDS/DEA, and BLS/ACLS, with RNFA being preferred.

Qualifications

• Current APN Certification (APN/NP) and RN license in New Jersey.
• CDS and DEA registrations required.
• BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• RNFA certification preferred or Surgical NP certification with surgical assist built into program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality perioperative/postoperative care for surgery patients.
• Function as an active member of the surgical patient care team.
• Perform surgical first assisting and perioperative management; hospital rounds; ED consultations.
• Work to the full extent of licensure with supervised autonomy and clear communication with the team.
