Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to manage perioperative supply inventories and coordinate with clinical teams. You will oversee replenishment, par levels, and binning, while ensuring accurate shipping and tissue tracking in line with policy.

Responsibilities include cross-functional communication, problem escalation, and maintaining Lean inventory practices to support patient care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeriOp/Inventory.
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Strong cross functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inventory management activity for the facility or program.
• Maintains par levels and binning; manages replenishment and stock handling.
• Liaises with field logistics and clinical programs.
• Documents shipping, receiving, and tissue tracking per policy.
