Job summary

The role interfaces with Field Logistics and clinical programs, ensuring timely communications, accurate documentation, and smooth operations within the MMIS system.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeriOp/Inventory.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate teams with multiple caregivers.
• Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Strong cross functional teamwork demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inventory management activity to meet facility needs.
• Performs inventory control for stock and non-stock items and keeps supplies organized.
• Orders and delivers supplies using SOPs; manages Consignment or Vendor Managed Inventory.
• Reconciles and manages inventory reports; supports lean processes.
• Coordinates the MMIS system for distribution, receiving, and records.
• Communicates supply levels and product changes to stakeholders.
• Leads daily huddles and coordinates between groups to resolve issues.
• May schedule caregivers to ensure operational continuity.
