• Experience in coordinating and overseeing administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages daily business and administrative operations in an area.
• Implements policies and procedures to meet priorities and long-range goals.
• Supervises staff: work allocation, training, scheduling, evaluation and problem resolution.
• Reviews and interprets policies; recommends changes to achieve objectives.
• Collaborates with senior management on special projects or committees.
• Prepares reports and maintains records and inventory levels.
• Duties are examples; management may adjust responsibilities.
