Westphalia Holdings seeks a Periodontist to join an established Tucson practice with a 100% fee-for-service model and a clear associate-to-partner path. You’ll work four days weekly, with immediate patient demand and a strong referral network supporting growth.

Qualified candidates bring DDS/DMD with Periodontics training, AZ licensure, and a passion for implant dentistry and complex surgical care within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and completed Periodontics training.
• Arizona dental license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong periodontal surgical skills and interest in implant dentistry.

Responsabilidades

• Perform periodontal surgery, implant dentistry, and related procedures.
• Provide IV sedation and comprehensive surgical care within an established specialty setting.
• Collaborate with an experienced team and a loyal referral network to grow practice production.
• Participate in ownership pathway toward potential equity partnership.
