Private Practice in Tucson is seeking an associate-to-owner periodontist to join a well-established, fee-for-service implant and surgery practice. The incoming clinician will enjoy clinical autonomy, ongoing mentorship, and a clear pathway to partnership and equity.

Qualifications

Must be board-eligible or board-certified in periodontics with a strong focus on surgical implant therapy.
Experience in regenerative procedures and treatment planning essential.
Comfort with moderate IV sedation and complex periodontal surgery required.

Responsibilities

Provide full-scope periodontal care with emphasis on implants and related procedures.
Perform periodontal surgery and regenerative procedures as needed.
Manage and plan comprehensive periodontal treatment strategies.
Administer moderate IV sedation when appropriate.
Collaborate with an experienced surgical clinician for mentorship and growth.
