Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completed specialty training in Periodontics.
• Arizona dental license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal surgery, oral surgery, and implant dentistry within an established specialty environment.
• Build and maintain strong referring-doctor relationships.
• Participate in ownership and long-term succession planning.
