Westphalia Holdings is seeking an experienced Periodontist for a Tucson practice offering a 100% fee-for-service model and a clear associate-to-partner pathway. You will join an established periodontal team with immediate patient demand and a strong referral base.

The four-day clinical week (Mon-Thurs, approx. 7:30 AM-5:00 PM) supports work-life balance while delivering high-quality care. Ownership opportunities and a supportive culture provide long-term growth in a thriving market.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completed specialty training in Periodontics.
• Arizona dental license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal surgery, implant dentistry, and related procedures within an established environment.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Maintain a four-day clinical schedule with a focus on patient care and growth.
