Qualifications

• DDS/DMD or foreign equivalent from CODA-accredited school
• Advanced Education Program in Periodontics certificate (or in progress)
• New York State Dental license or eligibility
• Board Certification by ABP (or in progress)

Responsibilities

• Pre-clinical, clinical and didactic teaching of periodontics to dental students and residents
• Support compliance with school and university policies and promote scholarship
• Enhance pedagogical skills through the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching
• Participate in school governance, committees and affiliated faculty practice
