Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, seeks a Perinatology Ultrasound Tech to operate ultrasound equipment and film processor to produce diagnostic images for the Perinatologist. You will assist Perinatologist in doing genetic procedures.

This full-time Day Shift role requires technical/associate degree and 2–4 years of experience, plus RDMS and NTQR obstetrical certifications and BLS. You’ll educate patients, follow protocols, and deliver high-quality imaging with safe equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Technical/associate degree required for ultrasound imaging.
• 2-4 years of experience in ultrasound preferred.
• RDMS certification is required.
• Obstetrical NTQR certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment and film processor to produce diagnostic images.
• Assist Perinatologist in genetic procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and adapt procedures to age and needs.
• Follow center protocols and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Ensure safety and quality of imaging and procedures.
