Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with California RN license.
• BLS/CPR certified at hire, ART within 6 months.
• NRP required; fetal monitoring certificate within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in ICU or Emergency.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking in high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous nursing care in line with ANA standards.
• Attend orientation for Postpartum and Labor & Delivery at Jacobs Medical Center.
• Assess patients and intervene in high-acuity situations with the interdisciplinary team.
• Support nursing practice through evidence-based care.
