Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN License issued by the State of California.
• BLS/CPR certification at time of hire with commitment to get ART within six months.
• NRP from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
• Certificate of course completion of basic fetal monitoring with commitment to obtain intermediate/advanced fetal monitoring within six months.
• Minimum three years of recent RN experience in ICU and/or Emergency Services.
• Proficient to expert assessment skills for moderately-complex patient scenarios.
• Proficient to expert critical thinking and communication skills to manage multiple levels of information.
• Demonstrated ability to respond, intervene and/or delegate appropriately in high-acuity environments.
