Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing history and initiates patient education.

• Implements plan of care appropriate to diagnosis and evaluates outcomes.
• Supervises LPNs, Nursing Assistants, and other unit staff.
• Participates in unit-based committees and quality improvement initiatives.
