Job summary

Laborie seeks a Perinatal Quality Liaison to educate on perinatal standards and support quality initiatives across the MCH team. You will collaborate with Account Directors and Clinical Education Specialists to manage relationships with health networks and drive data-driven improvements.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in perinatal quality improvement, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in perinatal quality improvement or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and develop quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, and support the implementation of perinatal standards, bundles, and toolkits.
• Drive the evolution of perinatal guidelines and policies with customers to assess best practices and support policy development.
• Provide education and guidance on perinatal program standards, initiatives, and data collection/evaluation.
