Job summary

Laborie in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Perinatal Quality Liaison to educate on perinatal standards and support quality initiatives across the MCH team.

You will collaborate with Key Account Directors, Regional Sales Directors, and Clinical Education Specialists to advance guidelines, collect PNQ data, and drive improvements for mothers and babies.

The role requires a nursing or healthcare leadership background, 5+ years in perinatal quality, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in perinatal quality improvement or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and develop quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, and support the implementation of perinatal standards, bundles, and toolkits while serving as an expert resource related to perinatal quality standards.
• Drive the evolution of perinatal guidelines and policies by working with customers to assess current best practices and support development of policies, protocols, and standing orders.
• Provide education and guidance on perinatal quality program standards, initiatives, and PNQ data collection and evaluation to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Partner with customer organizations to advise on quality improvement efforts, engaging key stakeholders such as Quality leaders and advanced healthcare providers.
• Support data-driven quality improvement through education on evaluation methods, while actively engaging in state-level perinatal quality organizations and attending perinatal conferences within covered states.
