Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Perinatal Quality Liaison to educate on perinatal standards and support quality initiatives across the MCH team. You will disseminate product information, collaborate with sales and clinical education specialists, and manage relationships with health networks designated by leadership.

You will drive guideline evolution, develop policies and standing orders, and coach customers on PNQ data collection and evaluation to monitor outcomes in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in perinatal quality improvement or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and develop quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, and support implementation of perinatal standards, bundles, and toolkits as an expert resource.
• Drive evolution of perinatal guidelines by assessing best practices and supporting policy development.
• Provide education on perinatal program standards, data collection, and evaluation to monitor progress.
• Partner with customer organizations to advise on quality improvement with key stakeholders.
• Support data-driven quality improvement through evaluation methods and engagement with state perinatal organizations.
