Job summary

Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Perinatal Nurse Navigator to join our on-site team in the Las Vegas market, supporting MountainView Hospital and Southern Hills. You will advocate for patients, coordinate care, and guide families through the healthcare system.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years nursing experience and 3+ years as a Nurse Navigator or patient educator; ADN required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of nursing experience required.
• 3+ years as Nurse Navigator and/or patient educator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as patient advocate and coordinate care across the care team.
• Assist patients and families in navigating the healthcare system and accessing resources.
• Facilitate scheduling and ensure timely data collection for program performance.
• Support providers by helping patients understand diagnoses, treatment options, and resources.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, medications, and care plans.
