Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University’s Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby Units seek a dedicated RN for the float pool. You will provide intrapartum, antepartum and newborn care, guided by AWHONN standards, across a Magnet teaching hospital.

Requirements include BSN or ADN with Oregon RN licensure, NRP and BLS, with Spanish language skills a plus. This night-shift role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• NRP certification current at time of hire.
• BSN from CCNE/ACEN/CNEA accredited program within 30 days before start date.
• ADN from an accredited program within 30 days before start date.
• RN license in Oregon must be active and unencumbered.
• BLS certification required; orientation period applies.

Responsibilities

• Provide intrapartum, antepartum and newborn care per acuity and AWHONN guidelines.
• Support Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units with 24x7 Attending coverage.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers and babies.
