Job description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Labor and Delivery role.

• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, supporting multiple hospitals within the health system.
• Support a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices and prioritizing patient wellness and safety.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Work in units including Mother/Baby, Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU, following established standards such as AWHONN and AACN.
• Participate in ongoing education, competency validation, and specialty training supported by clinical educators.
• Qualifications include RN licensure, certification in BLS, NRP within 6 months, and 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Skills required include clinical proficiency, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to quality and safety.
