Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking an experienced ultrasound technologist to perform OB/GYN and perinatal sonography using advanced multi-modality equipment. You will position patients, optimize settings, acquire diagnostic images, and document preliminary findings to assist physicians.

The role requires 1-year ultrasound training or 3–5 years of on-the-job training with MFM experience, plus CPR, NT Nuchal Translucency, and RDMS OB/GYN credentials; strong teamwork and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a one-year ultrasound training program or minimum 3-5 years of supervised on-the-job training.
• MFM experience required.
• CPR Certification, NT Nuchal Translucency certification, RDMS OB/GYN, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

Responsibilities

• Operate sophisticated, multi-modality ultrasound equipment to obtain quality images.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for each examination.
• Document preliminary findings to assist physician interpretations.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures when applicable.
