Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is seeking an experienced OB/GYN ultrasound technologist to operate multi-modality ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality imaging for perinatal patients. The role requires identifying optimal exam settings, positioning patients, and documenting preliminary findings to aid physician interpretation.

The candidate must have 1-year ultrasound training or 3–5 years of on-the-job training with MFM experience, and possess RDMS OBGYN certification as well as

Qualifications

• Completion of a one (1) year ultrasound training program at an approved school of diagnostic imaging or a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of supervised on-the-job training.
• MFM experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Position patients for ultrasound exams and adjust equipment for each examination.
• Perform and document OB/GYN ultrasound tests with perinatal focus.
• Record preliminary findings to assist physician interpretation.
• Assist during invasive procedures under supervision.
• Maintain high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient safety.
