AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an RN to perform venous access procedures and manage infusion therapy, while developing individualized care plans and educating patients. You will lead and mentor staff, monitor performance, and work to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure and involves night shift hours within a faith‑based health system that emphasizes whole-person well‑being.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with infusion therapy and venous access

Responsabilités

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods and address complications
• Develop individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy
• Monitor nursing staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals
• Mentor staff through hands‑on training and professional development
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
