Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and escalates per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
