Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Three Rivers, MI to monitor and safeguard clients, conduct patrols, and provide excellent customer service. This unarmed role supports a manufacturing location and requires strong observation and communication skills.

You will verify access, log activities, respond to alarms, and deter security incidents while maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The position is full time with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, loading docks, offices, and the facility perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established channels.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and property damage through visible patrols, observation, and timely reporting.
