Qualifications

Active RN license in the applicable state or multi-state license.
One or more years of nursing experience; BSN preferred.
ACLS and BLS/CPR certifications required or as per role requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate patient care with a focus on safety and quality.
Establish collaborative relationships with physicians and care teams.
Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge needs.
Demonstrate leadership and participate in unit governance and quality improvement.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and adapt to changing patient needs.
