Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a perianesthesia nurse to support comprehensive patient care before, during, and after anesthesia, coordinating with families and the care team to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Associate's or vocational nursing degree required.
• 0–2 years critical care RN experience required.
• Current ACLS or ALS certification, or Allina in-house ACLS training within 60 days of hire.
• PALS certification required within 180 days of hire.
• Licensed RN in MN or WI depending on state of hire.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish and modify the plan of care.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high-quality care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe care delivery.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and engage in supplemental roles as needed.
