Banner Health is seeking an RN Manager for the Perianesthesia service line in Mesa, AZ. The role leads Pre-Op, Phase 1 and Phase 2 areas with 25–30 direct reports, guiding clinical care, staff development, and operational efficiency in a high-acuity surgical environment.

The successful candidate will have a BSN, current RN license, 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience, and BLS certification, with a focus on safe, evidence-based practice and strong teamwork in a dynamic perioperative

Formación

• . Bachelor's degree in nursing; BSN required.
• . Current RN license in state of practice; BLS required.
• . 1-2 years of clinical leadership experience relevant to Perianesthesia or similar population.
