Job summary

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Perianesthesia team in Saint Louis Park, MN. The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and works across Pre-op, PACU, and Phase II, including patient prep, vital signs, and post-op support.

Responsibilities include assisting with recovery, documenting in Epic, and transporting patients. Candidates must be a CNA with BLS; LPN students may qualify.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential or eligible LPN student with current Minnesota CNA registry eligibility.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in perioperative prep and recovery in all Perianesthesia areas.
• Perform vital signs, documentation, and Epic entries; assist with transport and dressing.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient experience and safety.
