Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) perfusion team in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced perfusionist to operate heart/lung bypass equipment during cardiac surgeries, manage bypass perfusion, and supervise related procedures.

Requirements include a BS in Perfusion Technology (or BS with a Perfusion certificate), one year of clinical experience, and ABCP certification; Pediatric experience preferred, with PRN/part-time flexibility.

Qualifications

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
