Iowa Central Community College’s Center for Performing Arts seeks a Center for Performing Arts Coordinator to provide administrative event and operational support for CPA, Decker Auditorium, and the college’s theatre and music programs. Under the Director of Theatre, you will manage scheduling, rentals, ticketing, and front-of-house operations.

You will collaborate with students, artists, vendors, and community partners, support marketing and patron engagement, and provide production assistance

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Equivalents accepted for degree requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate department communications, schedules, meetings, and production timelines among faculty, staff, students, contractors, and administrators.
• Communicate with facility users, artists, patrons, vendors, students, and community partners; respond to inquiries and provide customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and use computer systems to support scheduling, ticketing, communications, and administrative operations.
• Coordinate event plans and logistics for performances, rentals, conferences, and special events, including schedules, vendors, volunteers, and event personnel.
• Oversee box office and ticketing operations, including ticketing systems, sales processes, and front-of-house coordination.
