Qualifications

• 1–3 years of video editing experience, focused on social and short-form content
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects and the broader Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, Audition)
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, variation for social performance
• Experience with music mixing and sound design to shape viewer experience
• Knowledge of color correction and grading for consistent quality

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high-quality short-form social videos at speed with multiple variations
• Create variations of edits to support performance testing and reviews
• Develop motion graphics that feel native to platforms
• Mix music and add sound effects to keep viewers watching
• Apply color correction and grading for consistency across deliverables
• Support photography and videography teams by editing captured content
• Assist with ad production and web video projects as needed
• Format and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Stay current on trends and platform behavior to keep content timely
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
