Base is America’s next-generation power company building a distributed battery network to transform the grid. The Performance Video Editor will lead paid social video editing from concept through delivery, crafting hooks and narrative structures that drive action across Meta, YouTube and more.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, iterate on campaigns based on performance insights, and produce multiple creative directions with fast turnaround while maintaining high craft in sound, motion, and color.

Formación

• Strong portfolio in paid social video editing.
• Proven experience creating performance creative for platforms like Meta, Instagram, YouTube.
• Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, and conversion-focused messaging.
• Ability to explain creative decisions and apply learnings to future ads.
• Experience turning limited footage into multiple compelling directions with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid social video editing from concept through delivery.
• Develop hooks, narrative structures, visual pattern interrupts, and creative angles to drive action.
• Collaborate with Marketing to understand campaign performance and turn insights into tests.
• Transform raw footage into high-performing ads across Meta, YouTube, etc.
• Produce creative variations by testing different hooks, messages, formats, pacing, and storytelling.
