Base is seeking a Performance Video Editor to craft and optimize paid social video assets that convert. You will partner with Marketing to test, iterate, and scale creative across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms, delivering high-quality edits with strong hooks and narrative structure.

You will own end-to-end editing, apply craft in sound, motion, color, and finishing, and push for faster testing and better results. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role at a fast-moving startup.

• Portfolio demonstrating paid social video editing for direct-response campaigns.
• Experience creating performance-focused ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube.
• Ability to explain creative decisions and apply learnings to future ads.
